Meet Roman McGowan. He is six months old, can plank for 34 seconds, and doesn't need a break before going again.
His mom Dana is a yoga instructor, which obviously
gives him an unfair advantage because we all know physical strength and
the ability to focus are transferred through the umbilical cord. She is
very proud of her lil balanced bb.
Dammit, he's really cute too.
