After Taylor Swift released the album artwork for her upcoming album Reputation on Thursday, Twitter hit hard with jokes about print media and whether or not that font was supposed to look like it came off the front page of The New York Times.
As it turns out, these jokes were prescient, because Taylor also announced that she'll be making actual magazines to go with Reputation.
Fans who purchase the album at Target will be able to get their hands on two different magazines (you can preorder them here) that will feature a large amount of Reputation content.
According to a press release, these will be 72 pages long and include
photos from the "Look What You Made Me Do" video shoot, handwritten
lyrics, and photography, poetry, and paintings by Taylor. They'll also
come with an exclusive poster.
Taylor has offered no further information about what will be included in the Reputation magazines,
except for this caption attached to one of her Instagram posts: "There
will be no further explanation. There will just be reputation."
