Solange Is Collaborating With SZA On a Music Video

With all the news about pop star bad blood, it's always refreshing to learn that two incredible artists have recognized their mutual amazingness and teamed up. Such is the case with Solange and rising
R&B star SZA (who was nominated for Best New Artist at Sunday night's MTV VMAs), as SZA confirmed that Solange had directed her latest music video.
In an interview with USA Today, SZA shared that Solange had connected with her a year ago, and since then had shot the video for "The Weekend," a song about "sharing" a partner with someone else. (And splitting time up between them — hence the name.) It's currently sitting at #75 on the Billboard Hot 100:
