Since Taylor Swift released her first Reputation single "Look What You Made Me Do" on Thursday night, the general online consensus seems to be that she's mad at someone,
most likely Kim
Kardashian and Kanye West. Other likely candidates
include Katy Perry and Calvin Harris, but Taylor's had issues with
several other fellow musicians in the past. One such person is Nicki
Minaj, with whom Taylor feuded back in 2015 when she inserted herself into Nicki's thoughts about that year's MTV VMA nominations.
Taylor and Nicki later made up with a joint performance
at the VMAs ceremony, but thanks to a well-timed tweet from Nicki,
people have started to wonder if the feud is really over. Shortly after
Taylor debuted "LWYMMD," Nicki tweeted this:
"Nigga Sit Down, Be Humble"
This could have been a coincidence or a random
shoutout to Kendrick Lamar, but remember too that Nicki recently
contributed a guest verse to noted Taylor enemy Katy Perry's "Swish Swish." The video for "Swish Swish" also came out on Thursday.
The rest of Nicki's recent tweets are about new songs on which she features — Fergie's "You Already Know," Yo Gotti's "Rake It Up," London On Da Track's "No Flag" — but a lot of the responders to the "be humble" tweet seem to think they know exactly who it was about.
